Rapid Flexible Power Container: Setting a New Benchmark for Mobile Energy Deployment
The Rapid Flexible Power Container is not simply a 'shipping container that generates electricity.' Built on a standard 20-foot container platform, it is a highly integrated intelligent power supply system that transforms conventional power plant construction into a plug-and-play model. By moving design, integration and commissioning into the factory, its modular pre-integrated design reduces the work required on site. As a pioneer in rapid-deployment power, LONGMAX uses factory pre-integration to deliver four core capabilities: rapid deployment, flexible configuration, intelligent control and redeployment across multiple sites.

Compared with conventional on-site construction, the solution reduces deployment time by more than 90% and construction costs by more than 70%. Each unit provides 144 kW of capacity using Tier 1 PV modules. C5 corrosion protection, an IP65 protection rating and a design wind-load resistance of 55 m/s enable operation in demanding environments such as deserts and islands, while the complete system holds international certifications including CE. Photovoltaic generation, energy storage, power distribution and diesel generation can be configured as required, with support for grid-connected operation, off-grid operation and multiple units operating in parallel. Its device-edge-cloud intelligent architecture combines local control with cloud-based remote operations and maintenance, enabling faster deployment and simpler system management.

Also on display was LONGMAX's DC2000V Intelligent Safety PV Combiner Box, which has received the world's first DC2000V certification issued by TÜV Rheinland. The product highlights the company's more than two decades of technical expertise on the DC side. From long-term validation in gigawatt-scale utility PV plants to today's rapid-deployment, plant-level solutions, LONGMAX has built a complete capability chain spanning core components, system integration and real-world applications.
From Exhibition Engagement to Project Delivery
During the exhibition, the LONGMAX team held in-depth discussions with local companies including Proauto Solar, EnerSolar and Avor Energias Renováveis regarding specific projects for the Rapid Flexible Power Container. The team also welcomed more than 40 prospective customers and partners from Brazil, Argentina and Colombia. Initial cooperation interest was established around requirements such as rapid container deployment and PV combiner boxes for utility-scale power plants. Follow-up work will focus on clarifying project requirements and advancing discussions toward deeper cooperation.
